Our travels wouldn’t be the same without our car rentals. I remember when we were in Santorini two years ago and rented an ATV and how difficult it was to reach to certain places. Because the island has a lot of downhills and uphills, it is more difficult to handle a scouter or and ATV. Also, if you have neither of that, the buses are few and they pass far-between one another. For a while now we’ve been traveling with Goldcar rentals and I feel like they are the best on the market right now. Best policies and prices. I don’t really look at the cheapest prices because they don’t always have insurance and you really need it when you travel and leave it parked in public spaces. They have always new cars or almost brand new that work excellent and really kind and helpful staff, that is also necessary to me.
To explore better the island we got a Citroen C3 and this place is one we’ve discovered the first time we’ve been here and it was super hard to reach back then, but now it was piece of cake. It is in Thira behind Mama’s Thira Restaurant. So, if you search on maps the restaurant, you will definitely find this place that is a bit further away and where the view is spectacular.
