Buffelsdrift

Ever since we’ve booked our flight to South Africa I’ve dreamt of going to a place like this. After hours of research we decided that Buffelsdrift Game Lodge was the perfect place that gathered all the beautiful animals that we wanted to see. We mostly came for the elephants and giraffes but were completely blown away by all the different species of antelopes, meerkats, zebras, buffalos, hippos and so many others.

It was an unforgettable experience to sleep in a tent surrounded by all these amazing creatures. And you cannot even imagine what a tent with zipped up windows, a king size bed and a tub with a view to their lake where you would see the hippos and elephants enjoying the warm water. The food was absolutely delicious, best we’ve had there and the portions were huge. I will post more on instastories to get a better picture of the place, but it is truly a magical experience and I recommend you all visit this resort at least once in a lifetime.
