Breakfast in the desert

The next morning when we woke up in the middle of the desert I still couldn’t believe this was real. It was early in the morning and the sun was just rising from brown sugar ‘mountains’ and as I walked out our tent I saw our breakfast ready on top of a small dune. It was so dreamy to be spoiled by the sun rays, tasty pancakes and mint tea in the middle of January, thanks to Sahara Experience, when in our country it was snowing at the time. A little after enjoying our breakfast and once again the spectacular view, we went on the road once more to arrive at our next location, a lovely guest house in the mountains next to Oarzazate and then back to Riad Tawargit in Marrakech to spend some more days in the city.

I was wearing a metal bag made by the locals with a white oversized tee and sequined shorts in the Arabic style and some lace up flats I got from our last trip to Rome at a major discount.
