Casa Canovas, located in the historical center of Cádiz, is a unique boutique hotel built in a ‘casa señoral’, that combines so beautifully the classy original elements of the building with modern accents. I loved spending here few amazing days in a very warm October and would love to come back.
The room was extremely chic and cozy, with an amazing bath tub and a super comfortable bed. The lobby area is also super chic and welcoming and I also liked the terrace set up at the 3rd floor with sun beds, perfect for the afternoon siesta. We’ve had breakfast and dinner at their restaurant and I also liked everything from the food to the service. They serve really delicious plates for breakfast and have variety which is difficult to find at hotels nearby. The dinner was also exquisite, the atmosphere and the set up is super romantic.
The location is perfect, right in the heart of Cádiz, super close to the shopping area and there are restaurants and beautiful buildings all around. The beach is at a 15 min walking distance. I truly recommend this amazing place for a quiet escapade in the center of Andalucia.
