If our first trip to Morocco was good enough to make me like this country a lot, this second one made me fall in love completely. I have done something for the first time also in this trip and I set foot in the red desert thanks to an amazing travel agency called Sahara Experience. We had four days of travel and three nights outside Marrakech and they were all worth it. As I have told you in the previous post from Morocco, our first stop somewhere near Skoura and we left the next day early in the morning to get just in time for an amazing sunset in the breathtaking Sahara desert.
After a fun and bumpy ride through the dunes with our driver Mohamed we got to our exclusive camp and went straight to the top of the dunes to shoot this look with a red asymmetrical Diva Charms dress that matches the colour of the sand. Because we thought it will be pretty windy out there we got some black scarves, but we were lucky enough and everything was calm and warm and I have used mine as a hair accessory. To complete my look I went with a pair of gladiators also from Diva Charms.
Only after we have finished shooting and jumping in the sand at the sunset light we went back to our camp where they were waiting for us with hot mint tea and we checked out our tend that amazingly had a small bathroom with shower included. During the night it wasn’t as cold as we thought, but also maybe because the Berber wool blankets kept us warm. The next day will come described in another post. I hope you find my post useful, especially if you are planning to travel to Morocco, the desert is a place that you mustn’t miss, and that you enjoy the pictures and at the end of these post series I will share with you a video with my full Sahara Experience.
