Brunch in the sunflower

Although you cannot tell by the colorful pictures we post everyday, our life is not all about having fun, but more about work work work work. In order to provide quality content for you guys, we sacrifice all of our free time to create special shootings. Even when we travel we don’t stay put for a minute, because we are always scouting for beautiful locations, prepare everything and then edit the photos till dawn. This is why we say that our holiday is while we are staying at home, especially during the weekends when we go to my grandparents and spend some quality time in the garden.

On that note we have spent this past weekend and indulged a moment of tranquility in the sunflower field behind my grandma’s house. After a healthy breakfast and some gardening we wanted to pick some sunflowers to take back home when we got the great idea of setting a brunch with Avincis rose wine and cheese in the back yard. My favourite drink is rose wine, it is perfect for summer evenings with friends and always gets me in a festive mood. I love it when everything has a story behind and the one of the Avincis Winery is a special one that has roots in this old vineyard from Dragasani, Romania, almost 30ha of grapes beautifully displayed on the heels and valleys of the region. The amazing thing is that you can visit this amazing place and see for yourself how this wine is made. I think I will book a room at the Dobrusa Villa for this fall and take a break from the city buzz. But for the moment I am enjoying this strawberry flavoured rose at home or at the countryside.

You will say that this was also a shooting but we were super relaxed and had the camera with us and set it to continuous shooting while we were just chilling. I was wearing a very flowy Chicwish long navy dress, Tamaris mustard sandals and Pandora Jewelry whilst Adrian was wearing a Zara linen suit and Asos sandals.
