Inside the kit you will find everything you need to whiten your teeth, including some paste that you need to model and place in the trays. Read the instructions carefully and take your phone next to you because you will need the timer for this process.
You have two trays for the top and bottom teeth. Before taking your impressions make sure you’ve brushed your teeth and then work gently with the pressing and place the tray right in the center of your teeth.
After you have taken the impressions you have to mail them back in the prepaid envelope in the kit and within less than one week you will receive your trays back.
As I’ve mentioned, you should receive the trays back within 3 to 7 days. They should fit you perfectly and they help you hold the gel from half an hour to 3 hours easily. I always apply a small amount of whitening gel inside my trays and keep it for as much as I can and after two or three sessions they are super white.
