Imi plac la nebunie pastele quatro formagi si vreau sa va arat si voua reteta mea, imbunatatita dupa propriul guts. Mai jos aveti cantitatile pentru o masa de 2 persoane.<\/p>\n<p>Ingrediente:<\/p>\n<p>25\/30 gr din 4 feluri diferite de branza. Mie imi place sa folosesc :brie, branza cu mucegai danish blue, feta si gorgonzola<\/p>\n<p>50 gr de porumb<\/p>\n<p>1 lingura de unt<\/p>\n<p>100 ml de smantana pentru gatit sau smantana cu 20\/30%grasime<\/p>\n<p>Cateva frunze de rucola<\/p>\n<p>Indeajuns de multe paste pentru 2 persoane<\/p>\n<p>Mod de preparare:<\/p>\n<p>Intr-o tigaie topiti untul si dupa puneti bacon-ul sau puiul taiat bucati mici. Dupa ce caliti bacon-ul\/puiul adaugati porumbul si imediat dupa branza faramitata in bucati mici (astfel se va topi mai usor). Dupa ce branza s-a topit adaugati smantana si condimentati dupa gust cu sare, piper si busuioc.<\/p>\n<p>Intre timp fierbeti pastele intr-o oala cu putina sare si ulei. Uleiul impiedica pastele sa se lipeasca de fundul oalei.<\/p>\n<p>Dupa ce pastele sunt fierte, puneti-le pe farfurie si peste ele turmati sosul de branza.
