Don’t know if you’ve noticed from my Instagram stories but we took the fairy one day and decided that this trip shouldn’t be only about Tenerife and this is why we also went to Gran Canaria. It was a one hour fairy ride and it was super worth it. We’ve been to Gran Canaria before but we didn’t know exactly which area was better and we’ve stayed in the North where almost everyday was cloudy. We couldn’t enjoy the beach, neither the ocean as the waves were huge. In the last days we took a one day trip to Mapalomas and in there everything was super nice and sunny. So, we decided if we ever come back, we will definitely stay only near Maspalomas.<\/p>\n

This is what we did at the beginning of this February and we were not wrong as the weather was perfect, 28\/29 degrees Celsius, so lovely during the day and so refreshing during the night. We’ve spent three amazing days at Seaside Grand Residencia<\/a> and it was the best way to start this new year. We felt super energized after relaxing all the way in this oasis of a place. The whole hotel is split up by villas with only one floor and they all have an amazing view to the pool area and their amazing plants. The most beautiful thing about this place are the plants in my opinion, so lovely and tropical, they’ve made me feel super fresh all the time. The restaurant area is so well picked as from there you have a great view to the mountains. It is gorgeous during the morning for breakfast and as well as in the evening for dinner because they light up the lights in the palm trees and everything is super romantic. The food was exquisite for breakfast or dinner, with a great variety of dishes, as well as vegetarian options. I didn’t think that we ate this good during a trip since last time we went to a Seaside Hotel<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Our room was at the first floor and really close to the restaurant, loved the view every morning, super relaxing and nice. The bed was like a cloud and I always had a good night sleep. They’ve expected us super nice with fresh fruits and champagne in the room. I always love when hotels think about these little details. I also loved that they have live music every night that you can enjoy after dinner. And also the pool area is super quiet, a great place to enjoy the sun and relax. At their bar you can find the most delicious cocktails.<\/p>\n

They are located just near the sand dunes and the ocean and they’ve really made Maspalomas<\/a> area unforgettable for us. It was the best way to start a fresh 2020. Hope you’ll find this review useful and see the pictures for more shots of this amazing place.<\/p>\n
