Like every year before Christmas and NYE, we girls tend to get super excited and anxious about choosing our party looks. It is indeed a lovely period when we can shine all we want without looking ‘too extra’, if that’s even a thing. 😛
And as my job is to think ahead of these things and try to give you the best ideas of what to wear and how you can look the best, this year, I’ve been a good girl and prepared a post with 3 dress options for this festive period.
Whether it is your Christmas party, NYE or any other anniversary, this December you have to wear velvet at least once. It is the most special fabric you could wear during the cold season and it has that royal touch to it.
The first dress and my absolute favourite is this red velvet cami one from La Maison de Confiance, a brand I’ve recently discovered and that had my heart from the first step in their showroom. This dress is called Arisa and I simply adored its cut. It gives you that tiny waist and curves all over. Isn’t that what we all want ?
But if you think that red is too daring for you, they have it in a multitude of colours and one of them is this rich gold/hazel/greenish velvet, that is simply mesmerizing.
If you are on the more ‘party and shine all night’ mood, then the third dress is perfect for you. This one is also from La Maison de Confiance and it is made out of this two faced sequins material and you basically get more dresses in one. You can wear it on the pink matte side, one the silver one or simply mix those two together. I love the detail in the back and the fact that is short and flirty.
