If you have your wedding planned this summer, you are probably super affected by this whole situation and I totally get it. I would have been the same, but if you want to take advice from a previous bride, don’t stress about it. Even though the wedding is a big moment at that time, after years you’d like to have done things differently, more casual, more fun and with fewer guests.
This is what this year is forcing us to do and I think that the situation will be better starting from June, so don’t cancel and make it simpler, but cozier, with just the people that really matter. And for a theme, you could pick a boho wedding on a lovely terrace, or by the beach. I’ve always liked this style and don’t know why we didn’t organize our wedding by this theme. If I had to it it all again, this is what I would do and this lovely clean satin and lace sleeved dress from Ever Pretty would be my dress (they have it also in plus size). Who says that you have to spend a fortune on a wedding dress that you only wear once. You can pick a very affordable, but beautiful wedding dress from Ever Pretty and keep the money for a safety net, because during these times you never know. Take it from a former bride and maybe a more experienced person that has lived through some edgy situations. Anyways, don’t forget to be happy that you have found the love of your life, that is the most important thing in a wedding!
