There is no way you can survive walking around Bucharest without a knit scarf around your neck these days, or at least with a coat with really big and tall collar. It is freezing and that is why you need to layer a lot of clothes in order to feel warm and comfortable.
Although I have a lot of clothes on, I don’t look like a Christmas tree. That is because I didn’t pick a lot of colours to wear and the clothes are not too thick but I have layered them one over the other and the only thing that is oversized is the scarf.
